Biography

Bayo Ogunleye, a representative of the Nigerian Embassy in Germany, delivered a lecture on the topic of ”Media Diplomacy and Vocational Education in Africa” at the Symposium on Cultural Diplomacy in the African Union ”African Perspectives: An African Vision for Positive Developments in Africa” in Berlin between June 26th – 28th, 2013.

If the cultural diplomacy is the machine for the mutual communication, democratization, economic development, human rights through which conflicts can be solved without confrontation, then it will be correct to assume that driven people, value based and non-ideological public and media is the oil that drives this machine.”
